六曲是临床常用的消积化食良药之一。因其效如神,故有神曲之称。它是由麦麸或面粉与其它药物混合发酵而成的加工品。在生产中,我们发现常规加工方法(1)自然发酵周期长。(2)占地面积大。(3)环境卫生条件得不到保证,常出现绿霉和生蛆现象。(4)发酵好后,还需将大块打成小块,损耗大。(5)曲块大小不匀,且有棱有角,在炒制时翻动不匀,生熟不均。针对这些问题.我们进行了探讨改进。 Six music is one of the commonly used medicines for the elimination of food. In production, we found that the conventional processing method (1) has a long natural fermentation cycle. (2) Large area. (3) Environmental health conditions are not guaranteed and green mold and oysters often appear. (4) After the fermentation is completed, it is necessary to make the large blocks into small pieces and consume large amounts of them. (5) The block size is uneven, and there are edges and corners, turning unevenly when frying, raw and cooked are uneven. To address these issues, we have explored improvements.
