目的:为寻找治疗高粘血症有效的药物。方法:将176例高粘血症患 者随机分成丹参组、蝮蛇抗栓酶组和中西医结合组。中西医结合组联用丹参和蝮 蛇抗栓酶。 结果:丹参能明显降低全血高切还原粘度、全血低切还原粘度、红细胞 聚集指数(P<0.05);蝮蛇抗栓酶对血沉、血沉方程K值、纤维蛋白原有明显降低 作用(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组血液流变各参数均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结 论:丹参和蝮蛇抗栓酶联合应用较单一用药更有效。
Objective: To find effective drugs for the treatment of hyperviscosity. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients with hyperviscosity were randomly divided into Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Agkistrodon antithrombin and Integrative Medicine Group. Integrative Medicine group with Salvia and viper antithrombotic enzyme. Results: Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae could significantly reduce the viscosity of whole-blood high-cut, the reduced viscosity of whole blood and erythrocyte aggregation index (P <0.05). The antithrombin activity of erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, K value and fibrinogen (P <0.05). The parameters of hemorheology in TCM-WM group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Danshen and viper antithrombolytic enzyme is more effective than single drug.
