测定玻璃融体粘度(10~9—10~(13)泊)用的针入粘度计的优点在于:测定方法简单,试样制备容易。一般采用此方法测定粘度时,需要十分注意针入体的几何形状以及玻璃融体表面变形的几何形状。理论和实验研究表明,带有球形针入体的针入粘度计不仅是一种通用的粘度计,而且亦可用作绝对粘度计(无需作任何校准)。与此相反,圆柱形和锥形针入体的应用范围有限。除这些基本考虑外,本文介绍了针入粘度计的构造原理图,并且用几种标准玻璃作了试验,结果表明:测定效果良好。
The advantages of using a needle-in viscometer for measuring the glass melt viscosity (10-9-10 to 13 poise) are that the measurement method is simple and the sample preparation is easy. Generally use this method to determine the viscosity, you need to pay great attention to the geometry of the needle into the body and the surface of the glass melt body deformation geometry. Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that a needle-in viscometer with a spherical insert is not only a universal viscometer, but also an absolute viscometer (without any calibration). In contrast, the use of cylindrical and tapered needles is limited. In addition to these basic considerations, this paper presents a schematic diagram of the construction of the needle-in viscometer and tests with several standard glasses. The results show good results.
