目的研究并掌握连云港市德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性情况,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用常用的药膜接触法,测定德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷和残杀威抗药性。结果连云港市德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷和残杀威的抗性系数分别为38.2、6.0和1.8,其抗性水平分别为高度抗性、中度抗性和低度抗性。结论连云港市德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷抗和残杀威均产生不同程度的抗性,在防制蟑螂中,应根据抗性情况合理选择杀虫剂,以提高蟑螂的防制效果。
Objective To study and grasp the resistance of Blattella germanica to common insecticides in Lianyungang City and provide a scientific basis for the rational use of insecticides. Methods The common drug-film contact method was used to determine the resistance to cypermethrin, acephate and propoxur in German cockroaches. Results The resistance coefficients of Blattella germanica to beta-cypermethrin, acephate and propoxur were 38.2, 6.0 and 1.8 respectively in Lianyungang, and the resistance levels were highly resistant, moderately resistant and lowly resistant. Conclusions The German cockroach in Lianyungang has different degrees of resistance to beta-cypermethrin, acephate and propoxur. In the control of cockroaches, the pesticides should be selected reasonably according to the resistance so as to improve the control effect of cockroaches .
