橡胶种子的内珠被是难以发生体细胞胚胎的。和其它本本植物一样,橡胶树在体细胞胚胎发生上一般都认为是一个难题。本研究结果表明,当常规所用的3,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(3,4—D)及苄基氨基嘌吟(BAP)量减少2—4倍,以及当材料在这些激素中的培养时间缩短时,愈伤组织的胚胎发生能力会有所增加,且不影响愈伤组织的发生。本试验中,有几个胚胎得以萌发,并获得小植株。我们的结论认为,培养基中生长素和细胞激动素的过量,甚至象3,4—D这种作用微弱的生长素的过量,以及延长在这些激素中的培养时间都会抑制愈伤组织胚胎发生的能力。
