SS_5型客运电力机车车体是吸收消化国外机车先进技术并结合我国具体情况而进行设计的。车体是整个机车的骨架,承受机车除走行部外的全部载荷及与车辆连挂时的冲击力,还承受空气阻力和各种横向力的作用,并传递牵引力和制动力。因此要求车体必须具有一定的承载强度和刚度。鉴于SS_5型客运电力机车要求构造速度较高、轴重轻,因此车体设计按过去的传统结构设计方法就远满足不了要求,必须改进设计方法。在车体结构设计中除在铁科院的协助下,运用电子计算机对车体进行了静强度有限元分析和动力性能参数的计算外;在结构设计中还吸收了
