黑龙江省的春油菜生产已形成了相当的规模,年播种面积约占全国春油菜的15%左右,成为我国除新疆、青海外的第三大春油菜种植省(区)。单产虽还低于全国水平,但因其优质而享誉国内市场,并打开了外销局面。成为我省一个新的出口项目,是继西藏自治区后的又一菜籽出口基地。油菜生产促进了种植业结构的调整,促进了优质、高效、外向型农业的发展。优质良种的应用是开创这一新局面的关键。
Spring rapeseed production in Heilongjiang Province has formed a considerable scale. Annual sown area accounts for about 15% of the national spring rape and has become China’s third largest spring rapeseed planting province (region) except Xinjiang and Qinghai. Although yield is still below the national level, but because of its high quality and renowned domestic market, and opened the export situation. Become a new export project in our province, following the Tibet Autonomous Region is another rapeseed export base. Rapeseed production has promoted the adjustment of planting structure and promoted the development of high quality, high efficiency and export-oriented agriculture.
