“八一”,一个光辉的日子;南昌,军旗升起的地方。 为纪念人民解放军建军70周年,1997年经修葺一新后的南昌八一起义纪念馆重新开馆。 江泽民题写的“军旗升起的地方”大理石字碑,屹立在正门大厅的中央,格外引人注目。陈毅元帅题写的“南昌八一起义纪念馆”九个贴金大字,熠熠生辉。 巍然矗立于纪念馆院中的“一代英豪”群雕,塑造了八一起义5位领导人——周恩来、贺龙、叶挺、朱德、刘伯承的光辉形象。
“Bayi”, a glorious day; Nanchang, where the military flag rises. In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of People’s Liberation Army, Nanking Bayi Uprising Memorial Hall was reopened in 1997 after its renovation. Jiang Zemin inscribed the “military flag rising place” marble monument, standing in the main hall of the central, especially attract sb.’s attention. Marshal Chen Yi inscribed “Nanchang Bayi Uprising Memorial Hall” nine paste the characters, shine. Towering at the memorial hall, the “Generation of Heroes” group sculpture created the glorious image of the five leaders of the August 1 Uprising - Zhou Enlai, He Long, Ye Ting, Zhu De and Liu Bocheng.
