基于目前煤炭自然发火起因和机理的研究水平,针对神华海勃湾路天矿1604超长综放工作面的实际开采情况,对煤炭自然发火的预测预报以及控制煤炭自然发火进行了深入的研究。提出了以束管监测、红外探测和煤体温度自动监测系统为主的自然发火早期预测预报技术体系,成功地实现了1604超长综放工作面的早期预测预报,缩小了防火范围。采取了有针对性的综合防灭火措施,采用生产工艺上的预防、采空区注氮和采空区灌浆,有效的实施了对该面的实时监测、隐患处理、快速高效灭火系统,减少了防灭火投入,既保证了矿井安全生产,又提高了经济效益。
Based on the current research on the causes and mechanisms of spontaneous combustion of coal, aiming at the actual mining situation of 1604 ultra-long fully mechanized coal caving mining face of the Shenhua seamounts of Bayiwan Tailing Mine, the spontaneous combustion of coal is predicted and controlled and the spontaneous combustion of coal is studied. The early forecasting and forecasting system of spontaneous combustion based on beam tube monitoring, infrared detection and coal body temperature automatic monitoring system is put forward. The early prediction of 1604 fully mechanized coal caving mining face is successfully achieved and the scope of fire prevention is narrowed. A comprehensive and comprehensive fire prevention and control measures have been adopted. The prevention of production process, injection of nitrogen in the goaf and grouting in the goaf are adopted, and the real-time monitoring and handling of the surface and the rapid and efficient fire extinguishing system are effectively implemented, reducing the Fire prevention and control input, not only to ensure mine safety, but also improve economic efficiency.
