背景和过程纵观我国公路工程建设、施工领域的安全管理历史,一步步走向了被重视、规范和标准化,但施工现场操作始终没有相关的标准可参考,缺乏一个现场实际施工的作业指导书。为了解决这一问题,山西路桥建设集团有限公司(以下简称“山西路桥集团”)于2015年3月由山西省交通运输厅提出、山西省质量技术监督局批准立项,开始编写本标准。
Background and Process Looking at the history of highway construction and construction safety management in our country, we have taken a step-by-step approach to attention, standardization and standardization. However, there are no relevant standards for construction site operation, and there is no operational guidance for the actual construction on site. In order to solve this problem, Shanxi Road and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanxi Road and Bridge Group”) was proposed by the Shanxi Provincial Department of Transportation in March 2015 and approved by Shanxi Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision for the preparation of this standard.
