为了保证我区PHC概略规划的实施,自1986年以来,我们对全区防保人员普遍进行了PHC知识和技能的阶段性轮训,取得了预期的效果,有力的促进了我区PHC工作的开展和规划目标的实现。一、采取有效措施稳定防保队伍在全区17个PHC站的178名防保人员中有150人是由区属集体医院派出的。每个PHC站都按两个居民委有一名医生比例配备,并有责任分工。以往,由于对PHC认识不足,没有树立起大卫生观,在防保工作上出现过“短期行为”,
