为了探索骨关节病的分子发病机理,利用手术切除的骨关节病人变性的关节软骨,抽提其中的DNA,采用琼脂糖凝胶电泳,发现小分子DNA片断(234bp以下)增加,占63%,出现典型的类似限制性酶切多态性表现,这种改变符合细胞程序化死亡(PCD)的特殊改变,说明不可修复的致死性的软骨细胞改变是骨关节病重要的发病因素。
In order to explore the molecular pathogenesis of osteoarthropathy, the degenerated articular cartilage of osteoarthritis patients was excised and the DNA was extracted. Seventy-three percent of the DNA fragments (234 bp or less) were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. A typical similar restriction enzyme polymorphism appears, which is in line with the special changes in programmed cell death (PCD), indicating that irreparable lethal changes in chondrocytes are an important causative agent of osteoarthritis.
