固本健脑液是以湖北恩施自治州富硒道地药材－中国板党为主，辅以健脾补肾中药而成的纯中药口服液制剂。本实验选用昆明种雄性小白鼠，观察用药后小白鼠体内淋巴细胞转化率和免疫器官重量的变化，结果表明固本健脑液制剂可明显Ｔ淋巴细胞的应答功能，且对脾脏、胸腺的萎缩有对抗作用。 Gubenjiannaoji is a pure Chinese medicine oral liquid preparation made from Chinese traditional medicine, which is mainly composed of selenium-enriched raw materials in Hubei Enshi Autonomous Prefecture and supplemented with spleen and kidney tonic. In this experiment, Kunming male mice were used to observe the change of lymphocyte transformation rate and immune organ weight in mice after administration. The results showed that Gubenjiannao liquid preparation can obviously respond to T lymphocytes and have atrophy of spleen and thymus. There is an antagonistic effect.
