在中国港口协会和国际港口协会的支持下,由上海国际战略问题研究会协办,并由《中国港口》杂志社和上海国际咨询有限公司联合主办的“中国港口业国际高峰会议2003”于2003年12月8日至9日在上海万豪虹桥大酒店隆重举行。交通部水运司陈正才处长、国际港口协会副主席欧.西.庞(O.C.Phang)、上海国际战略问题研究会会长陈佩尧、中国港口协会秘书长李震东、伦敦港务局全球市场总监杰夫.亚当(Geoff Adam)、美国Navis公司首席执行官约翰.迪隆(John Dillon)等嘉宾出席讲话。
With the support of China Port Association and International Port Association, the “China Port Industry Summit 2003” co-sponsored by Shanghai International Strategic Research Institute and co-sponsored by China Port Magazine and Shanghai International Consulting Co., Ltd. in 2003 December 8 to 9 in Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao Grand Hotel was held. Chen Zhengcai, director of the Department of Water Transport of the Ministry of Communications, OCPhang, vice chairman of the International Association of Ports and Pipes, Chen Peiyao, president of Shanghai International Strategic Issues Research Institute, Li Zhendong, secretary general of China Port Association, Jeff Adam, global market director of London Port Authority, Geoff Adam and John Dillon, chief executive of Navis in the United States.
