目的分析一起疑似蚕蛹食物中毒事件的原因,为今后采取防控措施提供依据。方法采用流行病学和现场卫生学调查方法对个案逐一调查,采集病人呕吐物及进餐剩余食物进行实验室检测。结果病人中毒临床表现主要以头晕、全身乏力、四肢麻木、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状为主,根据聚餐食谱排查筛选分析,认为蚕蛹为可疑食物。病人呕吐物及进餐剩余食物样品实验室检验未检出肠道致病菌和有机磷农药。结论经流行病学调查,结合病人临床表现和实验室检测结果,认为本起食物中毒为疑似蚕蛹所致。
Objective To analyze the causes of suspected food poisoning in silkworm chrysalis and to provide basis for future prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemiological and field health survey methods were used to investigate the cases one by one. The patients’ vomit and the remaining food were collected for laboratory testing. Results The main clinical manifestations of poisoning were dizziness, malaise, numbness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms. According to the screening and screening of meal recipes, silkworm pupa was considered as suspicious food. Laboratory vomit samples of patients and meal remaining food samples were not detected enteric pathogens and organophosphate pesticides. Conclusion The epidemiological investigation, combined with clinical manifestations and laboratory test results, that the food poisoning caused by suspected silkworm pupae.
