江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要思想,是对党的性质、宗旨和根本任务的新的理论概括,也是对我们党80年的历史经验作出的新的重要结论。这一重要思想,是当前我们党和国家各项工作的指针,无疑,也是新时期党史工作必须遵循的指导思想。因为,它为我们科学总结党的历史经验和教训指明了方向,为更好地发挥党史工作的社会功能提出了新的要求,为检验和评判党史研究成果提出了新的标准。那么,在党史工作中,如何贯彻好这一指导思想呢?笔者就这个问题,试从以下四个方面进行阐述。
Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking on “three represents” is a new theoretical summary of the party’s nature, purpose and fundamental task, and is also a new important conclusion made to our party’s 80-year historical experience. This important thinking is a guideline for all the current work of our party and our country and is undoubtedly the guiding principle that must be followed in the work of the party history in the new period. This is because it points out the direction for our scientifically summarizing the party’s historical experiences and lessons, sets new requirements for giving better play to the social functions of the party history work, and sets new standards for the inspection and evaluation of the achievements in the study of the party history. So, in the work of the party history, how to implement this guiding principle? The author on this issue, try to elaborate from the following four aspects.
