阐述装配作业的内涵和11003J1生产模式,机器人化机器和迅捷(agile)制造的产生背景和实施。论述人工装配的信控特点,指出技艺知识的学习大致是个多种单元条件反射的建立及其组织过程。指出人工装配存在的问题和装配作业机器人化的必要性。最后讨论了建造机器化迅捷装配系统的可行性。
Explain the connotation of assembly operations and the background and implementation of the 11003J1 production model, robotic machines and agile manufacturing. Discussed the manual assembly of the letter control features, pointed out that the study of knowledge of art is generally a multi-unit conditional reflection and its organizational process. Pointed out the problems of manual assembly and the necessity of robotic assembly. Finally, the feasibility of constructing a rapid assembly system for a machine is discussed.
