目前,文化产业已经成为我国政府重点扶持的、最具发展潜力的新兴产业之一,而文化产业发展的核心是文化资源的产业化开发。文化产品作为一种特殊的商品,因其文化属性,在政策体系及产业化道路上,明显区别于其他产业经济的发展。文化产业包含多种不同的子行业,不同行业的产业链也呈现出完全不同的运作机理,例如电影、电视、动漫网游、广告、新闻出版、文化旅游、音乐表演、文化展演等等,各子行业又与其附属行业产生深浅不一的联系,因此研究文化产业的发展尤其需要注意普遍性和特殊性的经济规律。
At present, the cultural industry has become one of the emerging industries with the most potential for development supported by the Chinese government. The core of the development of the cultural industry is the industrialization of cultural resources. As a special commodity, cultural products are distinctly different from the economic development of other industries because of their cultural attributes in the policy system and industrialization. The cultural industry contains many different sub-industries. The industrial chains in different industries also exhibit completely different operating mechanisms such as movies, television, animation and online games, advertising, press and publication, cultural tourism, music performances, cultural shows, etc. Industry and its subsidiary industries have different shades of connection, so the development of cultural industries in particular need to pay attention to the universality and particularity of the economic laws.
