高职语文在以就业为导向的高职教育环境下,教育地位弱化、课程定位不明确等现状令人为其前景堪忧。在新的形势下,高职语文应迎难而上,瞄准市场,以用人单位对人才的需求为标准,教学应融入更多的职业特征、职业技能、职业道德、职业人文素质,构建能力本位的实践型课程体系,开展技能培养的模块化教学,为高职学生走上职业技术岗位服务。
