目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)在颈部血管病变中的临床应用。方法:收集50例临床怀疑颈部血管病变的患者,采用行MSCTA对颈部血管进行检查,并应用最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)及高级血管分析(AVA)重建血管。结果:16排螺旋CT血管成像能清楚显示颈部血管,对绝大部分的颈部血管变异、狭窄能迅速、准确的诊断。结论:16排螺旋CT的CTA检查是一种显示颈部血管病变有价值的检查方法,它较普通螺旋CT更快捷、更安全。对临床怀疑颈动脉、椎动脉狭窄的患者进行筛查及临床治疗方案的制定有重要的指导作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of multislice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in cervical vascular disease. Methods: Fifty patients with clinically suspected neck vasculopathy were enrolled in this study. The neck vessels were examined by MSCTA. The vessels were reconstructed by MIP, volumetric reconstruction (VR) and advanced vascular analysis (AVA). Results: 16-slice spiral CT angiography can clearly show the neck blood vessels, most of the neck vascular variability, stenosis can be quickly and accurately diagnosed. CONCLUSION: CTA examination of 16-slice spiral CT is a valuable method for detecting cervical vascular lesions. It is faster and safer than ordinary spiral CT. The clinical suspicion of carotid artery and vertebral artery stenosis in patients with screening and clinical treatment program has an important guiding role.
