YQH型钢筋液压气焊机是合肥探矿机械厂根据国外引进技术并精心研制的一种钢筋焊接设备,是1986年安徽省重点开发技术项目之一。它广泛用于建筑施工现场、混凝土预制构件厂、大坝、桥梁、隧道及铁路地下工程的钢筋焊接。用它取代钢筋电弧焊,可降低施工成本92%,而且,每1万平方米建筑工程可节约钢材45～50吨,经济效益显著。
YQH type steel hydraulic welding machine is a kind of reinforcing steel welding equipment developed by Hefei prospecting machinery factory based on foreign introduction technology. It is one of the key development technology projects in Anhui Province in 1986. It is widely used for reinforcing steel welding in building construction sites, prefabricated concrete building plants, dams, bridges, tunnels and underground railway projects. Using it instead of rebar arc welding can reduce the construction cost by 92%. Moreover, for every 10,000 square meters of construction projects, 45 to 50 tons of steel can be saved, and the economic benefits are significant.
