企业思想政治工作的主要任务是调节职工的思想与行为。实现这一任务的途径总起来看有两条:一是通过思想教育,把职工的思想、行为引导到正确的轨道上来。二是根据职工思想、行为规律,制定并执行相应的政策、制度来调节职工的思想、行为,使之朝着健康的方向发展,这就是本文侧重要谈的思想政治工作中政策、制度的导向机制。实践中,这两个方面我们都在运用,也都需要完善和创新,但相对于思想教育而言,导向机制则更需要进一步认识,使之逐步完善并自觉把握和运用。这里就这个问题谈谈个人认识。
The main task of ideological and political work in enterprises is to regulate the thinking and behavior of employees. There are two ways to achieve this task. First, we should guide ideological and behavioral activities of workers through the ideological education to the right track. The second is to formulate and implement corresponding policies and systems to adjust the ideology and behavior of staff and workers in a healthy direction based on the ideology and behavior of staff and workers. This is the orientation of policies and systems in ideological and political work mechanism. In practice, both of us are applying both of these aspects, and both of them need perfection and innovation. However, compared with ideological education, the guiding mechanism needs to further understand and gradually improve and consciously grasp and apply it.
