电子器件是由元器件作为最小单位构成的,元器件的质量与可靠性直接影响电子器件的使用性能,没有质量可靠的元器件就无法制造可靠的电子整机产品。要保证电子器件的整体性能,除了把握元器件的固有质量之外还需要考虑元器件的可靠性管理。军用电子元器件的要求则更为严格。本篇文章从器件的质量与可靠性的重要性入手研究并且提出一定的管理措施。
