在二十一世纪经济全球化的激烈竞争中,企业之间的竞争也是对人才的竞争。人力资源管理在企业的自我发展道路上起着关键性作用,能够促进企业实现高效的人力资源配置,获得效益最大化。本文通过对当前人力资源管理的研究现状进行研究,首先对人力资源的理论发展进行概述,进而对当前人力资源的发展现状进行归纳,最后对人力资源的发展方向进行总结,强调其在企业运营管理中的重要作用。
