通过温室砂培、室内分析,研究了有机肥、无机肥和有机无机肥配施对大麦根系活力、根系酸性磷酸酶活性、根尖呼吸作用和磷吸收动力学参数的影响。结果表明,有机肥与无机肥配施可增加并较长时间保持根系有较高的活力;单施有机肥在培养初期能显著提高根系活力,随培养时间增长,效果明显下降。有机肥显著地增加了根系酸性磷酸酶的活性和根尖的呼吸作用。有机无机肥配施,使大麦磷吸收动力学参数发生变化,Vmax增加,Km减小。单施有机肥处理使Vmax增加。
Effects of organic manure, inorganic fertilizers and inorganic fertilizers on root activity, root acid phosphatase activity, apical respiration and phosphorus uptake kinetic parameters of barley were studied through sand culture and laboratory analysis in greenhouse. The results showed that the application of organic manure and inorganic fertilizer could increase and keep the root activity higher for a long time. The single application of organic manure significantly increased root activity at the early stage of culture, and the effect was obviously decreased with the increase of culture time. Organic fertilizer significantly increased the activity of root acid phosphatase and root respiration.
