一、“三资”企业的基本情况 截至1993年末,辽宁省锦西市累计立项审批的“三资”企业101家,投资者来自14个国家和地区。投资领域涉及石化、冶金、机械、电子、建材、水产、医药、轻纺、交通运输、房地产、商饮服务等16个行业。其中合资企业80家,合作企业9家,外商独资企业1家,台资企业11家。共完成产值21556.31万元,实现利润5788.64万元,上缴税金3135.19万元,出口创汇458.8万美元。
I. Basic information of “three-funded” enterprises As of the end of 1993, there were 101 “triple-funded” enterprises that had been approved for approval in Jinxi City, Liaoning Province. The investors were from 14 countries and regions. The investment field covers 16 industries including petrochemicals, metallurgy, machinery, electronics, building materials, aquatic products, pharmaceuticals, textiles, transportation, real estate, and commercial drink services. There are 80 joint ventures, 9 cooperative enterprises, 1 wholly foreign-owned enterprise, and 11 Taiwan-funded enterprises. A total of 215,563,100 yuan worth of output was completed, a profit of 57,886,400 yuan was realized, taxation was paid for 31,351,900 yuan, and foreign exchange earned through exports reached 4,588,000.
