１ 临床资料１－１ 一般资料 １９９０年１月至１９９８年１月，我院共收治各类急性脑卒中患者４４６例，各类心脏病患者６３２例，其中心源性脑栓塞６８例，占脑卒中的１５．２４％，心脏疾病的１０．７６％。男３６例，女３２例，年龄１６～８５岁，平均年龄５２．４岁。
1 Clinical data 1-1 General Information January 1990 to January 1998, our hospital received a total of 446 cases of various types of acute stroke patients, 632 cases of various types of heart disease, including 68 cases of cardiogenic cerebral embolism, accounting for the brain 15.24% of stroke, 10.76% of heart disease. There were 36 males and 32 females, aged from 16 to 85 years with a mean age of 52.4 years.
