自1988年以来,我们采用根管内封碘仿灭滴灵糊剂治疗亚急性牙根尖周围炎真40例,经过2年观察,效果满意。本组140例142个牙。男性88例,女性52例。年龄在15～60岁。142个牙均为急性根尖周感染经开放根管引流,封药等常规治疗后,长期存在叩痛,且根管内有渗出液,除5个牙有外伤史,其余均为龋病引起的牙髓坏死并发急性根尖周感染者。药物配方:碘仿粉3g,灭滴灵片3g,研成扮后混合,应用时取适量粉剂加木馏油调合成稀糊状。应用方法:常规根管准备,分别用3%双氧水和生理盐水冲洗,吸干根管。取此糊剂少许置入根
