本文在活体测量的基础上,分析了7个甘蔗示范品种和对照种闽糖70-611在不同光合有效辐射(PAR)下+1叶的净光合速率(Pn)、光呼吸强度(ε)、水分利用效率(WUE)的变化情况,并对冠层总的同化量进行估算。结果表明:甘蔗不同品种+1叶的Pn随PAR变化较大,但冠层总的同化量与单叶的Pn没有明显的相关性,各品种的光呼吸强度不大,变化在2.2×10-2-2.5×10-2μmmol·m-2·s-1之间;WUE除福农89-209、福蔗87-10与对照品种相当外,其余均比对照种高,且这种差异与Pn无正相关性。
