目的介绍过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌器消毒灭菌中的使用体会。方法 2015年我院供应室开展约200例过氧化氢灭菌腔镜,使用时按操作流程注意对器械进行合理的清洁、干燥、打包、摆放、灭菌。结果与结论使用氧化氢灭菌腔镜速度快、顾虑少、方便,大大提高手术率和临床科室的床位周转率。临床中使用过氧化氢灭菌腔镜比环氧乙烷更有效率,值得进一步推广。
Objective To introduce the use of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer sterilization. Methods In 2015, our hospital supply room carried out about 200 cases of hydrogen peroxide sterilization endoscopes. When using, pay attention to proper cleaning, drying, packing, placing and sterilization according to the operation flow. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS The use of hydrogen peroxide sterilization endoscope speed, less concern, convenient and greatly improve the operation rate and clinical departments of the bed turnover rate. The clinical use of hydrogen peroxide sterilization laparoscopic more efficient than ethylene oxide, it is worth further promotion.
