不必担心通信资费,随时享受畅聊乐趣;想订制或取消相关业务,只需发送短信即可方便办理;周末(包括法定节假日)可以免费使用WLAN网络,并可享受每月30分钟的G3视频体验……日前,中国移动广东公司开展了“优势服务,满意100”服务主题活动,创新推出优势服务八项举措,旨在为广大客户提供更专业、更优质的服务。实际上,这只是中国移动广东公司近年来不断追求卓越服务的缩影。2007年,中国移动广东公司即推出“诚信服务、满意100”活动,以八项服务承诺服务客户;2008年,推出“金牌服务、满意100”活动,以“五心”服务举措提升服务品质;2009年,推出“便捷服务、满意100”活动,以新八项服务承诺提高服务质量;2010年,推出“精彩亚运、服务升级”活动,为亚运会提供高品质专业服务。据了解,中国移动广东公司今年的“优势服务,满意100”活动是结合广东省委省政府“加快转型升级、建设幸福广东”的总体要求,立足本行业,围绕社会民生热点、客户关注焦点、服务工作重点而推出的,是对历年服务主题活动的一次延续与升华。
