目的:建立HPLC法测定二至丸中齐墩果酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(95:5),检测波长为210nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1ml·min~(-1)。结果:齐墩果酸的进样量在0.18~2.88μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为96.3%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,重复性好。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Erzhi Pills. METHODS: The column was Hypersil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (95: 5) at a detection wavelength of 210 nm with a column temperature of 35 ℃ and a flow rate of 1 ml · min ~ -1). Results: The injection volume of oleanolic acid had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.18-2.88 μg (r = 0.999 4), with an average recovery of 96.3% and a RSD of 1.3% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible.
