一般来说,一国的基尼系数超过0．45表明社会财富分配极度不平衡。中国的基尼系数 2004年为0．62,面对贫富差距日益拉大的严峻形势,国家应将构建和谐社会的政策转向扶持城乡合作金融和合作经济上。
In general, a Gini coefficient of more than 0.45 indicates that the distribution of social wealth is extremely unbalanced. China’s Gini coefficient was 0.62 in 2004. Facing the grim situation where the gap between rich and poor is widening, the state should shift the policy of building a harmonious society toward supporting the urban-rural cooperative finance and the cooperative economy.
