急诊经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗是目前急性心肌梗死再灌注治疗的重要手段,由于急诊PCI要求技术含量极高,需要优良的团队配合和娴熟的技术力量支持,基层医院难以开展。本文就我院在2014年10月到2015年11月所行急诊PCI治疗23例体会进行总结。
Emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is an important means of reperfusion of acute myocardial infarction. Because of the high technical content of emergency PCI, it requires excellent teamwork and skilled technical support, which makes it difficult for primary hospitals. This article summarizes the experience of 23 cases of emergency PCI treated in our hospital from October 2014 to November 2015.
