由江阴纺织塑料厂试制生产的,专门提供民房用于室内排污系统的硬质聚氯乙烯下水管,于一九八三年十一月二十八日通过技术鉴定。这次鉴定会是省科委组织的。江苏化工学院副院长孙勃坚副教授主持了会议。参加会议的有省计经委、省建委、南京大学、南京化工学院和上海市建委、建工局、庄宅总公司、建科所、市建五公司共34个单位46位代表。省建委副主任安迪光同志在会上作了重要讲话。
The rigid PVC downpipe, which was specially produced by Jiangyin Textile and Plastic Factory and specially provided for residential sewerage systems, passed technical appraisal on November 28, 1983. The appraisal meeting was organized by the Provincial Science Committee. Associate Dean Sun Bojian of the Jiangsu Institute of Chemical Technology chaired the meeting. The conference was attended by 46 representatives from 34 units including Provincial Planning Commission, Provincial Construction Committee, Nanjing University, Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology and Shanghai Municipal Construction Commission, Construction and Industry Bureau, Zhuangzhai Corporation, Jianshe Institute, and City Construction Five Company. Comrade Andiguang, deputy director of the Provincial Construction Commission made an important speech at the meeting.
