目的 探讨减少上睑提肌缩短术并发症的方法.方法 通过61眼上睑提肌缩短术的实践,探讨手术并发症的发生原因及处理.结果 本组病例并发症共7种,发生率为36%.结论 正确处理上睑提肌缩短术术中、术后并发症,是保证该手术效果的基本前提.
Objective To explore the method to reduce the complications of levator muscle shortening.Methods To explore the causes and management of surgical complications through 61 eyes of levator muscle shortening surgery.Results There were 7 kinds of complications in this group.The incidence rate was 36% .Conclusion Proper treatment of levator muscle shortening intraoperative and postoperative complications, is to ensure the effectiveness of the surgery the basic premise.
