目的:研究甘肃野生与栽培品甘草内生菌次生代谢产物对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌的抑制活性。方法:将野生与栽培品甘草经分离纯化,筛选出具有抑菌作用的优势菌种,同时提取野生与栽培品甘草的有效成分总黄酮、总皂苷及多糖,采用体外定量抑菌方法,观察甘草内生菌及其宿主有效成分对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌的抑制活性。结果:野生与栽培甘草内生细菌JTYB-001、JTZB-001及总黄酮、总皂苷对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌均有抑制作用,与无菌水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);野生甘草内生细菌JTYB-053对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,与无菌水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);野生与栽培甘草内生真菌及多糖无抑菌作用。结论:野生与栽培甘草内生细菌JTYB-001、JTZB-001与宿主有效成分总黄酮、总皂苷具有相同或相似的生理活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌均有抑制作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory activity of wild and cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis secondary metabolites on Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae in Gansu Province. Methods: Wild and cultivated licorice were isolated and purified, and the dominant bacteria with antibacterial activity were screened out. At the same time, the total flavonoids, total saponins and polysaccharides were extracted from wild and cultivated licorice root. Endophytic bacteria and their host active ingredients against Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae inhibitory activity. Results: The endophytic bacteria JTYB-001, JTZB-001 and total flavonoids and total saponins of wild and cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis had inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae, and there was significant difference compared with sterile water group (P <0.05 ); Wild licorice endophytic bacteria JTYB-053 inhibited Staphylococcus aureus, compared with the sterile water group were significantly different (P <0.05); wild and cultivated licorice endophytic fungi and polysaccharides no antibacterial effect. CONCLUSION: The endophytic bacteria JTYB-001 and JTZB-001 of wild and cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis have the same or similar physiological activities as the active ingredients of total flavonoids and total saponins of S. aureus, and have an inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and S. pneumoniae.
