四川省凉山州地处长江上游,是全国最大的彝族聚居区,幅员面积60114.68km~2,总人口378万.1989年以来,该州在国家水利部、农发办、长委和省水电厅、水保办等有关部门的大力支持和帮助下,已有6个县先后实施了国家长江上游水土保持重点治理工程.几年来,共治理了79条小流域;治理水土流失面积1897.2km~2,农业生产条件得到了明显的改善,从而促进了农村经济快速发展.
Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan Province is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, is the country’s largest gathering of Yi people, covers an area of 60114.68km ~ 2, the total population of 3780000. Since 1989, the state in the Ministry of Water Resources, Agricultural Development Office, , Water Conservation Office and other relevant departments of the strong support and assistance, has six counties have implemented the national key project of soil and water conservation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. In recent years, a total of 79 small watershed governance; soil erosion area of 1897.2km ~ 2 , Agricultural production conditions have been significantly improved, thus promoting the rapid development of rural economy.
