目的应用因子分析探讨影响甘草地理分布的生态主导因子。方法收集统计具有甘草分布的地区以及这些地区的地理环境因素,包括经度、纬度、海拔高度、无霜期、平均风速、大风日数、年均温度、一月平均温度、七月平均温度、≥10℃积温、蒸发量、降水量、年日照时数、年太阳总辐射量等,应用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行因子分析。结果提取出5个公因子,分别为热量因子、地理因子、光照因子、降水因子和风况因子,这5个因子的累积贡献率达87.64%。同时得到各个甘草分布地区的因子总得分。结论热量因子是影响甘草地理分布的生态主导因子,因子总得分高的地区甘草生长分布的适宜性强。
Objective To explore the ecological factors that influence the geographical distribution of Glycyrrhiza uralensis using factor analysis. Methods The geographical distribution of licorice and geographical environment factors were collected, including longitude, latitude, altitude, frost-free period, average wind speed, windy days, annual average temperature, average temperature in January, average temperature in July, , Evaporation, precipitation, annual sunshine hours, annual solar radiation and so on, SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for factor analysis. Results Five common factors were extracted, which were the heat factor, the geographic factor, the light factor, the precipitation factor and the wind condition factor, respectively. The cumulative contribution rate of these 5 factors reached 87.64%. At the same time, the total factor score of each licorice distribution area was obtained. Conclusion The caloric factor is the dominant ecological factor that influences the geographic distribution of licorice. The licorice growth distribution is more suitable in the regions with higher total factor score.
