随着社会的发展、教育结构的改变,高职院校学生思想政治教育工作也在不断变化与发展。本文从高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的基本概况入手,分析其工作特点及必要性,重点论述工作中存在的问题,并给出相应解决问题的措施,最后叙述开展高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的意义。
