意识形态在当代国际关系中仍发挥着影响。冷战前期 ,由于意识形态在国际关系中居于绝对的支配地位 ,中欧关系的发展受到了影响和制约 ,2 0世纪 5 0— 70年代基本上处于隔绝状态 ;70— 80年代由于国际大环境的变化和双方利益的需要 ,中欧建立了外交关系 ,但双方并没有把对方放在应有的高度加以重视 ,双边关系中仍然带有冷战的深深烙印。冷战结束以后 ,随着意识形态因素在国家利益中的作用淡化、经济利益的加强 ,中欧关系得到了前所未有的发展
Ideology still exerts influence in contemporary international relations. In the early part of the Cold War, due to the absolute dominance of ideology in international relations, the development of China-EU relations was affected and restricted. The 1950s and 1970s were basically isolated.
