目的研究三花莸(Caryopteris terniflora Maxim)的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了17个化合物的结构,分别为:猫眼草酚D(1),喷杜素(2),木樨草素(3),芹菜素(4),2-甲氧基-4-(2-丙烯基)苯基β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),马替诺皂苷(6),[17(15→16)-移-20-降松香烷-12,16-环氧-7-羟基-5(10),6,8,12,15-五烯-11,14-二酮-18(1)-内酯](7),[17(15→16)-移-20-降松香烷-12,16-环氧-7,17-二羟基-5(10),6,8,12,15-五烯-11,14-二酮-18(1)-内酯](8),丁香脂素(9),南烛木树脂酚(10),落叶松脂醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11),八角枫木脂苷D(12),对羟基桂皮酸(13),对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(14),香草酸(15),水杨酸(16),豆甾醇(17)。结论化合物1-16为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Caryopteris terniflora Maxim. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography with Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results The structures of 17 compounds were isolated and identified as cat’s eye phenolics D (1), seudoucin (2), clodronerin (3), apigenin (4), 2-methoxy- (2-propenyl) phenyl β-D-glucoside (5), manitinoside (6), [17 (7), [17 (15 → 16) -trans-20-hydroxy-5 (10), 6,8,12,15-pentaene-11,14- (10), 6,8,12,15-pentaen-11,14-dione-18 (1) -lactone] 8), melatonin (9), southern Candidate phenol (10), decortrin-9-O-β-D-glucoside (11) (13), Methyl p-hydroxycinnamate (14), Vanillic acid (15), Salicylic acid (16), Stigmasterol (17). Conclusion Compounds 1-16 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
