在对中国社会科学院图书馆系统现存弊端和优势分析思考的基础上,论述其建立图书馆联盟的必要性和可行性,并指出该联盟对于全国社会科学研究文献保障体系的建立具有重要意义。
Based on the analysis of the existing defects and advantages of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences library system, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing a library alliance and points out that this alliance is of great significance to the establishment of a national social science research document security system.
