城市的精细化管理是指对城市管理方面实现透明化、程序化、系统化、网络化等,旨在完善城市功能、改善城市环境、丰富城市居民生活、促进社会和谐等~([1])。而城市化管理中的城市广场的精细化管理作为其重要的一方面,管理措施急需进行体制机制等上的措施创新,从而为城市居民提供一个良好的公园广场环境,促进社会的和谐发展,最终利于国家城市化的建设水平的提高。
