相对于人类的欲望而言,可供利用的自然资源是十分有限的,而自然资源是人类赖以生存和发展的基础。正是因为资源具有稀缺性以及它的重要性,所以节约资源就成为人类的共同话题。我国人口众多,资源相对贫乏,再加上长期以来我国经济增长速度快且增长方式粗放,浪费资源和环境污染现象十分严重,所以,“资源瓶颈”将成为制约我国经济社会发展的十分重要的因素。建设节约型社会势在必行。确保企业的节约行为需要宏观管理和微观自律双管齐下。
