1963年以来,針对我厂鍛压能力不足,我們在500軋机上对模具鋼3Cr2W8V采用了以軋代鍛开坯的新工艺試驗工作。經过四次試驗,初步获得了一些結果。試驗用鋼錠重为280公斤的鎮靜鋼,其保温帽尺寸为238～245毫米,小头尺寸为185毫米。軋制規格为110毫米方坯。加热炉为双排三段連續式燃煤加热炉,炉底有效面积为64.6米~2,有效炉长为18米。500軋鋼机为三輥横列式两架,主馬达能力为1500瓩,軋輥轉数为110轉/分,最大軋輥外徑为540毫米,最小軋輥外徑为480毫米。現将3Cr2W8V
Since 1963, for our lack of forging capacity, we used in the 500 mill on the mold steel 3Cr2W8V rolled forging billet new technology test work.
