本文以甘肃省部分农村地区中小学为例,立足于新课改背景下信息技术课程的教学目标要求,通过教师访谈、抽样实地考察等研究手段,针对信息技术教学所面临的困境,对信息技术教育的教学设施、课程设置、制度建设、教学方式以及评价等方面的现状进行了较深入的调查,以期尽可能全面地了解基础教育阶段特别是农村地区中小学的信息技术课程的现状及出现问题的成因。
