Observe and record the transient interference present on the high voltage power line is of great significance. A commonly used method is to convert the voltage to a peak level of 500V through a voltage divider for direct observation on a cathode ray oscilloscope (CRO). The voltage divider can be either resistive or capacitive. The voltage divider must work at 20
