在改建工程中,用控制爆破法拆除混凝土或钢筋混凝土建筑物,不仅能减轻工人劳动强度、加速施工进度,而且不致干扰周围其它作业,特别在人口稠密的城市中施工,能有效地控制噪声、振动和飞石,确保周围重要建筑设施和人身安全,比一般爆破法具有优越性。本文根据工程实践,对控制爆破的设计理论、方法和施工中的一些问题,进行总结。
