脆性材料水工结构模型的粘结技术,是国内外水利工程研究单位都感到比较棘手的问题之一。作为常用脆性材料的石膏模型,仍同样没有一种较为满意的粘结材料。本文在对环氧树脂及以橡皮泥和二水石膏粉末作为掺和料的环氧树脂胶液进行大量试验的基础上,叙述了环氧树脂添加掺和料以后的有关特性,论证了环氧橡皮泥胶结材料在石膏模型中应用的可能性,以及有关的粘结技术。为改善工作条件,文章还探讨了毒性极小的固化剂的使用。
The bonding technology of the hydraulic structural model of brittle materials is one of the problems that both domestic and foreign water conservancy engineering research institutes find more difficult. As a commonly used brittle material gypsum model, there is still no satisfactory adhesive material. In this paper, based on a large number of experiments on epoxy resin and epoxy resin glue with plasticine and dihydrate gypsum powder as admixtures, the relevant characteristics after epoxy resin admixtures are described and the epoxy is demonstrated. The possibility of applying cementitious cement materials in gypsum models, as well as related bonding techniques. To improve working conditions, the article also discusses the use of curing agents with minimal toxicity.
